The best way to contact us is to complete a submission form. We will normally respond within 48 hours.

Reminders: Please open your dahlia packages immediately upon receipt. If there are any quality issues after shipping please take a photo that you can provide to us of the tuber and packaging if damaged. We require notification within 5 days of your receipt of any issues with your order. There are many storage options and many different ways to grow in different climates. Once the tuber is in your possession the care and growth are up to you and Mother Nature.

T-shirt, hoodie, and accessory orders follow the Printful return guidelines:

Damaged or defective items: Customers can request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. Customers may need to provide photographic proof.

Lost packages: Customers must submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Carrier error or invalid address: Printful will reship the order.

Buyer's remorse: Printful only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer's remorse.

Return address: The default return address is Printful's facility.

Unclaimed returns: After 30 days, unclaimed returns are donated to charity.
